Food for Thought

New Hope is launching a new community night event called Food for Thought.  Every three months we will host a dinner with speakers providing some perspective on compelling issues with which we all wrestle.  The goal?  To give you a chance to think through ways to improve your life, and to do it in a relaxing, entertaining setting.

Most Food for Thought events will take place on Wednesday evenings, with dinner or dessert served at 6:30 PM and the presentation concluding around 8:15 PM.  Dinner, when offered, costs only $5 per person, with a $10 maximum for families.  Payment is not due until the time of the event, but we do ask that you register in advance to help with meal planning and logistics.  Children are welcome at all Food for Thought events, and childcare will be provided onsite during the presentation (at no additional cost).

Our next event, How Do We Treat Our Enemies? with Judge and former Marine Corps Prosecutor Stuart Couch, is slated for September 8, 2011Click here for more information and to register for the evening.
